Faction is officially recertified as a Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Program (CMSP) Advanced Partner Cisco Powered® channel partner worldwide in the Infrastructure as a Service category, so don’t worry — we’ve got your back, as usual. Our certification is valid through the entire 2016 calendar year.
We first earned Cisco CMSP Advanced Certification in the IaaS category back in 2014 — an assurance that we provide something exceptional. This designation places Faction in a small, elite crowd of providers that are authorized to manage and sell cloud-based solutions leveraging Cisco hardware, services and support — giving Faction resellers and service providers another option to offer to clients. To earn the Cisco CMSP designation, we go through an exhaustive multi-month 3rd party audit of Faction processes, procedures and expertise of Cisco engineering and operations. It’s an all-encompassing certification framework that validates Faction and Faction’s Partner Ecosystem provision of cloud, managed or virtual managed services with Cisco technologies as the backbone.
