Randy Raitz

Randy is an integral leader at Faction, having joined in 2018 to spearhead the organization’s information technology and security initiatives. With over 25 years of expertise, he has a proven track record of guiding teams and instituting robust security programs. Before his tenure at Faction, Randy played a pivotal role as a co-founder of the Denver-based startup ReadyTalk, where he not only directed operations but also took charge of IT infrastructure and security measures.

His academic foundation includes a master’s degree in Information System Security obtained from the esteemed University of Denver. Randy is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the industry’s best practices, holding certifications such as CISSP and CCISO that underscore his commitment to excellence in information security.
