Faction's Agent Program rewards companies and individuals referring qualified business opportunities to Faction. Faction works with our agent partners to manage all facets of the customer relationship, sales process, and continued support. Faction Agents can take advantage of Faction’s enablement program, and leverage the Faction Regional Manager and Solutions Engineering teams to drive recurring revenues. Faction agents are paid monthly upon receipt of payment from the End User.


Faction’s reseller program allows flexibility for partners to sell Faction’s products on their paper controlling end-user pricing and the partner’s margin with Faction providing all tiers of support. Resellers can gain additional benefits by registering opportunities and participating in Faction training programs. Faction Resellers can take advantage of Faction’s enablement program, and leverage the Faction Regional Manager and Solutions Engineering teams to drive more recurring revenue to close faster.

Service Provider

By scaling your business on top of Faction's global cloud infrastructure, you can expand your geographic footprint, take advantage of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and create recurring revenue streams on high margin cloud products without the capital outlay or management of infrastructure. As a Faction Service Provider, you own your customer relationships, products, and control the sales cycle. Full access to the Faction Sales and Engineering teams is also included.
